Please come and join us in the Fellowship Hall following each of our services on Sunday Morning for a time of refreshments and conversation.  Called officially "Coffee Hour", this time serves as an opportunity for members and visitors alike to spend time on a Sunday Morning fulfilling one of God's purposes in our lives....that we should fellowship with one another.  Various groups throughout the church are responsible for providing the food items each Sunday.  If you'd like to volunteer as a provider please email or call the Church office.  Please see the schedule below...

One of the most vibrant groups of St. John's, the On-the-Go group lives up to its name. Providing activites for Seniors to get together for educational and informative day trips, this group is one of the most active groups of the church. This is an active fellowship intended for our senior adults, but is not limited to this age. The On-the-Go group earned it's name with its founders Miriam and Milton Davenport. The Davenports planned trips; day outings and overnights that guaranteed the group good sights to see, wonderful meals to enjoy, and a good measure of great companionship. This group continues under the direction of Janice Pfieffer.

Monthly trips are scheduled for the First Thursday Lunch Out and Third Thursday Day Trip. Trips to local plays are scheduled as offered a the Spartanburg Little Theater, Flatrock Play House, Converse College and other area theaters. The group travels in a comfortable 28-passenger bus that has handicap accessibility. The trips and other activities are posted on the On-the-Go bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.
